Here at Tarantela Bengals, we have been breeding Bengals since 1997 and are a member of TICA, TIBCS, The Bengal Cat Club of Great Britain and the Bengal Cat Club. 

We are dedicated to breeding the very best Bengal cats from the very best bloodlines. The development of this beautiful breed is our main aim. We regularly import new Bengal lines to further our breeding programme and have some superb bloodlines to offer breeders who want something 'special', whether for showing, breeding or quality pets.

We have never bred Bengal's to make a profit, but use any surplus money from kitten sales to reinvest into our breeding programme and to make sure our cats have the best accommodation to enjoy. Our kittens are well socialised because they get lots of attention and are reared with love.

We breed Bengals with large frames, long sleek bodies, a wilder head type and soft clear glittered pelts, with rich colours and extreme contrast. Many of our Bengals have full outlined donut rosetting. 

As well as traditional Bengals, We breed sparkling SBT silver kittens from outcrosses to the classic American shorthair. Our cats have large spots many showing wonderful rosettes. The Marbles are chained and tri-coloured with beautiful sharp flowing patterns.

We have a Snow breeding programme and have imported some great new lines in 08 and 09 with another line coming over in 2010.  Our aim is to produce large rosetting and better definition then many snows have at present.

We have selected and imported some of the newest USA lines to ensure we can produce some of the best kittens in the UK and progress the breed.

Tarantela Savannahs
From 2009 we have started a breeding programme for the fabulous Savannah, they are a cross between an African Serval and a domestic cat. Savannahs have tall and slender bodies,  large pointed ears and striking black spots and great temperaments. They look incredibly graceful.   It is one of the newest breeds in the world.  The first Savannahs were bred in the USA in 1986.  I am so excited to be one of the first breeders in the UK. We are importing some new and exciting lines. in 2009 and 2010. We do not intend to outcross our Savannahs  but will breed Savannah to Savannah.
 

Tarantela Siamese
After owning and loving pet Siamese for many years in 2006 we made the decision to breed these wonderful cats alongside our Bengals.
 
We breed quality Siamese cats with health and temperament our main priorities. Tarantela Siamese come in the four main colours of seal, blue, chocolate and lilac, as well as our beautiful solid pointed Siamese we breed the irresistible tabby points. All our Siamese cats are CS registered including pure 24 series Siamese.
 

Our cattery
was designed and build by us with the intention of providing maximum room and comfort for our cats.  Cabins are heated and have lots of natural light.  Our cats spend lots of time in our home as well as the cattery so they can enjoy the sunshine.
