Here at Tarantela Bengals, we have been breeding Bengals since 1997 and are a member of TICA, The Bengal Cat Club of Great Britain and the Bengal Cat Club. 

We are dedicated to breeding the very best Bengal cats from the very best bloodlines. The development of this beautiful breed is our main aim. We regularly introduce new lines to further our breeding programme and have some superb bloodlines to offer breeders who want something 'special', whether for showing, breeding or quality pets.

In 2010 we have introduced 3 F2 Bengal females to create new lines and keep the 'wild' look of the Asian Leopard cat in our future Bengal kittens.

We have never bred Bengal's to make a profit, but use any surplus money from kitten sales to reinvest into our breeding programme and to make sure our cats have the best accommodation to enjoy. Our kittens are well socialised because they get lots of attention and are reared with love.

We breed Bengals with large frames, long sleek bodies, a wilder head type and soft clear glittered pelts, with rich colours and extreme contrast.  Most of our Bengals have fully outlined donut rosetting and our black/brown Bengals golden glittered pelts. 

We specialize in blue eyed snow Bengals and have imported some great new lines to further improve our breeding programme.  Tarantela are producing some of the best kittens in the UK with large rosetting and better definition then many snows have at present.

Tarantela Savannahs
From 2009 we have started a breeding programme for the fabulous Savannah, they are a cross between an African Serval and a domestic cat. Savannahs have tall and slender bodies,  large pointed ears and striking black spots and great temperaments. They look incredibly graceful.   It is one of the newest breeds in the world. 

The first Savannahs were bred in the USA in 1986.  I am so excited to be one of the first breeders in the UK.  We have imported several new exciting foundation cats from the USA to develop our breeding programme.  We do not intend to outcross our Savannahs, we want to retain the looks of the wild.

Tarantela Siamese
After owning and loving pet Siamese for many years in 2006 we made the decision to breed these wonderful cats alongside our Bengals.
 
We breed quality Siamese cats with health and temperament our main priorities. Tarantela Siamese come mainly in the four main colours of seal, blue, chocolate and lilac, with the occasional caramel as well as our beautiful solid pointed Siamese we breed the irresistible tabby points.

Our cattery ;
was designed and build by us with the intention of providing maximum room and comfort for our cats.  Our large cabins are heated and have lots of natural light.

Our cattery is protected by a recently installed CCTV system.

Our cats spend lots of time in our home as well as the cattery where they can enjoy the sunshine, and have plenty of space to run around., so have the best  of both worlds.
